Time Alone



Get up early each morning
Enjoy the time alone just to listen
Use it as a time to think and
Contemplate with no
Distractions



 I just need a moment to myself. 
I have to learn that I deserve a break,
 it makes me a better person to be around.



Take some time for yourself, even if you have to hire a sitter, if parent lives with you.

Get away, even for a short while.

Old friends might help if asked so you can run errands undisturbed.

Ask for help.

What brings you joy? Think about it for a moment. Do you want more of that in your life? First you have to find that thing that brought you joy in the first place, and get rid of the obstacles holding you back.

To regain control:

Structure your time
Set priorities
Make small decisions
Set limits with others
Schedule time for things you enjoy



Eat well balanced meals
Stay hydrated
Get a good night's sleep
Avoid caffeine and alcohol
Talk it out
Write it down
Try creative outlets
Have fun
