My "Do List"

Here is my little to do list

DO start projects at the beginning of the week; you are more likely to complete it

DO keep a gratitude journal. When you write it down, it helps to reread the good things that happen in your life.

DO make small tweaks to you eating

DO add some color

DO exercise with a friend, you hold each other accountable.

DO tell family and friends how much they mean to you

So taking my own advice, I appreciate you. DJ
